Society membership soars after launch of new website.
With a 20 percent increase in membership since their website revamp, the Nova Scotia Bird Society has been thrilled by their new site and the launch of their new brand identity.
With a complete overhaul of the Atlantic Puffin imagery taken from their old brand, the new logo uses the Nova Scotia flag in the society bow tie. Other imagery is found of a sail in the puffins eye. Ocean and cliffs are also rendered that represent the puffins habitat.
The website acts as an online library of past and current membership magazines and newsletters. It also showcases many stunning bird photos taken by some of the five-hundred-plus members. One of the most used features of the website is the ‘Field Trips’ event page which dynamically sorts by date or area of the trip.
